Learn and practice meditation, and how to integrate more mindful moments into your life, inspired by the teachings of Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh. This coming session, we will use his book "Calming the Fearful Mind", as a way of working with our own anxiety and fears, as well as the collective anger and fear in our society.
